THE AFRICAN AMERICAN SOLUTIONS FUND™
Explore the proposed strategy, ten areas of impact, Phase I ambition, and participation details.
OUR MISSION
To mobilize capital, leadership, technology, and strategic partnerships to create measurable solutions that expand opportunity, strengthen communities, and build generational wealth.
For generations, African Americans have contributed time, talent, resources, and advocacy to strengthen our communities. The next step is ownership.
We should not only support solutions. We should own them.
COACORP’s vision is to participate in creating and owning the enterprises that deliver those outcomes. We intend to evaluate opportunities where a clear community need aligns with a viable business model, capable leadership, and a practical path to sustained operations.
WHY IT MATTERS
The African American community possesses extraordinary talent, creativity, leadership, and economic potential. Yet too many solutions remain fragmented, underfunded, and unsustainable.
The African American Solutions Fund™ is designed to connect vision, capital, accountability, and ownership. We believe lasting progress requires more than discussion. It requires investment. It requires leadership. It requires ownership.
THE OWNERSHIP STRATEGY
Use the AfricanAmerican1000 framework, community input, and market research to identify priorities.
Assess customer demand, business economics, operating requirements, leadership, risks, and potential community outcomes.
Pursue suitable businesses, facilities, platforms, and other productive assets, subject to available capital and investment approval.
Set financial and operating milestones alongside relevant measures of access, employment, ownership, and service delivery.
Evaluate expansion, reinvestment, and other capital decisions under the governing investment terms.
THE SOLUTIONS PORTFOLIO
Aligned with the framework of AfricanAmerican1000 ↗.

These areas guide opportunity development. They do not represent current holdings, equal capital allocations, or commitments to invest in every category. Examples are illustrative, not committed acquisitions. Civic and legal initiatives would require an appropriate structure.
WHAT WE DO
The proposed Fund seeks to:
THE FIRST CHAPTER
Phase I aims to mobilize $1 billion in investor capital, with an initial focus on accredited investors, subject to final offering terms and applicable requirements.
Phase I would focus on establishing the investment structure, assembling leadership and operating capabilities, developing an opportunity pipeline, and preparing for disciplined capital deployment.
Specific uses of proceeds, allocations, expenses, reserves, and investment restrictions remain to be determined and would be described in formal offering documents. The capital target is an ambition, not a representation of funds raised or committed.

FINANCIAL VALUE & COMMUNITY OUTCOMES
The proposed strategy would evaluate both commercial viability and the potential to address community needs.
Depending on the asset, relevant measures could include revenue, operating cash flow, jobs created, services delivered, customers reached, and expanded access.
Our longer-term ambition is to build a portfolio capable of generating billions in revenue while expanding economic opportunity.
Portfolio revenue, investment performance, and investor distributions are different measures. Revenue growth does not guarantee profits or investor returns.
THE FOUNDING 1000 INITIATIVE™
A proposed initiative to bring together 1,000 Founding Shareholders to help establish a national platform for African American advancement.
The ambition is to launch an enduring institution dedicated to identifying, funding, implementing, and scaling solutions that create measurable change.
The initiative is in development. “Founding Shareholders” describes a proposed participation model; shares are not available through this website. Share classes, pricing, minimum investments, eligibility, and investor rights have not been established. Expressing interest does not create shareholder status or reserve shares. The 1,000-participant goal does not establish a per-person contribution or allocation of the $1 billion Phase I target.

OUR VISION
To build the nation’s leading African American solutions enterprise, empowering individuals, families, businesses, and communities to create opportunity, build wealth, and achieve measurable outcomes for future generations.
This is our vision for the future, not a claim of current market leadership.
